How many guests can Union Station accommodate for private events?

Union Station can host up to 300 guests in a cocktail style or 150 guests in a banquet style for events and functions. For conferences and training sessions, the space accommodates up to 30 guests if the Blue Room is selected, or up to 100 guests if the entire venue is utilised.

Can we bring in our own caterer for our event?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in an external caterer. There is an additional R5000 fee for kitchen use.

Is there secure parking for guests?

Yes, secure street parking is available in the cul-de-sac directly in front of the Union Station entrance, providing convenient and safe access for all guests.
